To coincide with the launch of CATHRI Vol.5, we have prepared a special model that uses Kurume Kasuri fabric on the label.
The paper band features the CATHRI logo, making it a bottle designed in such a way that you'll want to keep it safe even after you've finished drinking it.
The Kurume Kasuri used in CATHRI 's clothing collection is produced by weavers with workshops in Kurume and Yame cities in Fukuoka Prefecture.
The two sake breweries selected this time are produced in the same region as these weavers, allowing you to experience the charm of Fukuoka Prefecture through their fabrics and sake.
[Shigemasu Gin no Sato Junmai Ginjo]
A sake brewery founded in 1717 in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
It is loved throughout the prefecture as "Fukuoka's representative local sake" and is so well-known that it is said that there is no Fukuoka sake lover who does not know about Shigemasu. In response to the need for high-quality rice, we developed "Gin no Sato", which has the sake rice quality of "Yamada Nishiki". It is a sake with a taste that allows you to feel the umami and fullness of the rice.
