A prestigious sake brewery founded in 1745, located in Jojimacho, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Blessed with wonderful benefits such as the abundant water of the Chikugo River, beautiful large-grained Chikugo rice, and aromatic Hita cedar, this sake brewery has been active in sake brewing since ancient times. The famous sake of the Jojima area is known as one of the "three great sake-producing areas of Japan" along with Fushimi in Kyoto and Nada in Hyogo.

It has received high praise both in Japan and overseas, including winning a gold medal in the Junmai sake category at the Kura Master 2020 held in Paris, France. It is a sake with a slightly sweet, rich flavor.
