This BEAMS PLUS button-down shirt is based on the American button-down shirts produced in the 1960s, and features an original tartan check pattern with indigo dye used for the navy parts.

■Details
It features a left chest pocket with a V-stitch and a collar design suitable for both on and off-duty wear. The side seams are narrow (3mm) with a lock stitch, and the overall stitch count is set at 18 stitches per 3cm for a balanced look. All processes, including pattern matching, are completed by skilled craftsmen in Japan. The bottoms on both sides feature a + mark snap closure, adding a distinctive BEAMS PLUS accent.

The standard, versatile pattern makes it suitable for both single-piece wear and layered styles.

The navy part is made of an original check fabric with indigo dye, which fades like denim with repeated wear, resulting in a changing color.
