Based on vintage European workwear, this BEAMS PLUS band collar pullover shirt features a striking check pattern and lightweight fabric.

■Details
Its distinctive features include a square pocket and a cuff with no gauntlet buttons. The side seams are narrow (3mm) and the overall number of stitches is set at 18 per 3cm for a balanced look. All processes, including pattern matching, are completed by skilled craftsmen in Japan. The bottoms of both sides have a + mark closure, which is a typical BEAMS PLUS accent.

■Size
Uses a loose pattern with a relaxed feel typical of a pullover with room for width.

■ Material
The madras check pattern is woven using a power loom (semi-automatic loom) with 40s x 40s thread count. It is slowly dried in the sun, giving it a three-dimensional texture. It is also breathable and quick-drying.
