Based on its unique worldview and thorough research, MOUNTAIN RESEARCH (Mountain Research) develops high-quality clothing and gear that combines functionality and design. In collaboration with Setsumasa Kobayashi, the company's representative, < BEAMS PLUS > Special order released the "GAME COLLECTION".
■ Design
The iconic "GAME SHIRT," designed based on a vintage hunting shirt owned by Kobayashi, has been updated based on a newly acquired vintage model.
■Details
Pockets have been added to the sleeves, and the pockets on the body have been arranged asymmetrically. A game pocket with animal embroidery is placed on the back, pursuing the functional beauty of the pockets while following the vintage design.
■Size
The slightly longer length and wider body width and armholes create a loose fit and relaxed feel. It has a vintage feel while still having a modern fit. This item can also be used as a light layer.
■ Material
100% cotton oxford material.

Born in Asakusa, Tokyo, Setsumasa Kobayashi's father is a shoe designer, and after training in Italy, he founded the shoe brand SEtt in 1993 and the apparel brand GENERAL RESEARCH the following year. After that, in 2006, he started <. . . . . RESEARCH>. Since then, Mr. Kobayashi has focused on what he is interested in at the time and has published research on NAVAL, RIDING EQUIPMENT, HUNTING JACKET, etc., with MOUNTAIN RESEARCH as the lead.
