"Objects By Artists"
BEAMS T Harajuku will be hosting a joint art show titled "Objects By Artists" by Joe Garvey, Eric Elms, Mayumi Yamase, and Kazuma Ogata, four artists who have been friends for many years. The exhibition will feature artwork by the four artists, each with their own unique style and background, on display and for sale. In addition to eight apparel items featuring art pieces created specifically for the exhibition, the show will also feature caps and tote bags featuring collaborative artwork by the four artists.
Eric Elms
Eric Elms is a Los Angeles-based artist and designer. He primarily works in painting, sculpture, printmaking, and book publishing, and also runs sEe (Studio Eric Elms), a multidisciplinary creative studio working with select clients. Drawing on years of experience creating images for the business sector, he recontextualizes graphic iconography and visual expression to highlight the feelings and moments that emerge in everyday life. His work can be viewed on his official website and Instagram.
