This direct-heat cooking pot is made of aluminum, which has high thermal conductivity. The surface of the pot is coated with a ceramic finish that gives it a unique texture and a luxurious feel. The 25cm diameter size is just right for cooking for 2-3 people.

Microwave ovens, conventional ovens, induction cooktops, and dishwashers cannot be used.
• Always preheat over medium heat for about 30 seconds before cooking. Once the HEGE is warm, add a small amount of oil and use. Avoid preheating for extended periods, as this may damage the ceramic coating.
Please use oven mitts or similar when cooking.
• Placing the hot item on a table or other surface may leave marks, so please use a trivet or similar item.
Using metal cookware can easily damage the ceramic coating, so we recommend using cookware made of silicone, wood, or nylon.
Please note that rapid cooling, overheating (deep-frying), or dry heating can cause damage to the ceramic coating.
• Small bumps or irregularities may be visible on the edges or surface of the product; this is due to the manufacturing process.
Avoid dry heating or localized heating, as this may cause scorching or damage to the ceramic coating.
Due to its excellent heat conductivity, food may burn if cooked using the same heat as other cookware.
We recommend using low to medium heat to avoid damaging the ceramic coating. Please be careful when cooking over high heat, as this may cause discoloration due to dry heating.

You may notice some bluish or dark discoloration, but this is a natural characteristic of coniferous trees and does not affect the quality or safety of the wood.

[Cleaning method]

After use, wash with a soft sponge and mild dish soap, and dry thoroughly.
Please be careful when cleaning, as using metal scouring pads, melamine sponges, abrasive powders, or bleach may cause scratches or discoloration.
Leaving the product dirty with salt or oil, or storing it in a humid place, can cause rust and stains.
If there is burnt-on food, fill the pan with water and bring it to a boil. Once the burnt areas have softened, remove them with a sponge and use the pan.

• Wetting the entire lid with water before use will help prevent odors from accumulating.
If resin buildup occurs, we recommend soaking the item in hot water to soften the resin, and then wiping it with alcohol or a similar disinfectant.
After use, rinse lightly with water or lukewarm water, dry thoroughly, and store properly.
