■ G-Rice Ingredients
The moment you bite into it, the delicious garlic aroma spreads in your mouth. The moment you bite into it, you'll be hit with a satisfyingly junky and wild flavor. The moment it goes down your throat, the deliciousness lingers. This delicious garlic rice that will sting all five senses is a dish that can be easily made by simply mixing it with rice and baking it.
The highly fragrant garlic from Aomori Prefecture is combined with butter and lard oil to give it richness, and wine and soy sauce mash to give it depth of flavor. The taste has been approved by a chef at a restaurant that specializes in garlic.
◇Basic recipe
Simply add salad oil to a frying pan and mix 3 to 4 teaspoons of G rice seasoning for every 150g of rice (about one bowl) and fry.
One bottle of G rice base can make 10 bowls of garlic rice.
It is recommended not only for beef, but also for seasoning yakitori, pork belly, garlic shrimp, and grilled squid.

■ T Soup Base
Just simmer some leftover meat or ingredients from your camping trip and you'll have a comforting soup for a midnight snack or breakfast. This versatile Tom Yum seasoning has an exquisite harmony of lemongrass and garlic and can also be used as a sauce.
We add Fukuchi White Six-Clove garlic, which is said to be the highest quality produced in Aomori Prefecture, to our original Tom Yum paste, chili oil, fish sauce, and lemon juice made in Thailand to create an even deeper flavor.
It is not too spicy and contains no coriander. It can be used to season stir-fried dishes such as fried rice, or as a dip or sauce.
◇Basic recipe
・Basic soup
3-4 teaspoons of this product in 200cc of hot water
・Tom yum fried rice
For 150g of rice, use 3-4 teaspoons of this product.
◇Recommended ways to eat
・If you add shrimp to the basic soup, it becomes Tom Yum Kung.
・For seasoning fried rice, yakisoba, pasta, and beef tongue
・Add some seasoning to the hot pot ingredients to create your own Tom Yum flavor.
・To change the flavor of rice porridge or udon noodles at the end of the meal
・Just put it on top of cold tofu and dip it in cucumber
・For gyoza sauce
