A familiar dressing that has been used since the founding of Maeda Coffee in Kyoto
This dressing is made with fresh grated domestic carrots and onions and finished with a refreshing touch of apple cider vinegar, resulting in a dressing with a low acidity and a concentrated fruity sweetness from the vegetables.
In order to express the deliciousness of homemade food, we do not use any preservatives, chemical seasonings, synthetic colorings, or artificial sweeteners, and we are particular about the ingredients we use.
It is recommended not only for salads, but also as a secret ingredient in sauces for meat dishes.
