■鯛めし
東予地方では丸ごと 1 尾の鯛をごはんに炊き込む、漁師が舟の上でつくる鯛めしです。

瀬戸内海産の天然真鯛と伊予名産の松山あげ、だし昆布、彩りに乾燥にんじんを。

骨のわずらわしさを省き、炊飯器で炊くだけで、ご家庭で手軽に作れる鯛めしセットに仕上げました。

瀬戸内で水揚げされた天然真鯛を鮮魚から加工し、身は香ばしく焼き上げ、鯛のあらは鯛出汁にしています。

2合のお米に普通の水加減でお水を入れて、炊き込みご飯の素の中身を全て入れて下さい。

後は、炊飯器のスイッチを押すだけ。

炊き上がりにはお好みで刻み大葉や三つ葉、木の芽、刻み海苔など添えて、真鯛の旨みたっぷりのご飯をご賞味ください。

■牛ごぼうめし
瀬戸内（香川県または愛媛県）の牛すね肉を醤油と味醂で柔らかく炊いて、相性のよい牛蒡とあわせた肉のほろほろ食感が贅沢な味わいの『牛ごぼうめし』。

お米2合を洗って、炊飯器の内釜に入れ、普通に炊飯するときの水加減まで水を入れます。

添付のたれと具材（牛ごぼう、松山あげ、人参、昆布）をすべて入れます。

具材は出汁ごと入れてください。

炊飯器で炊き、昆布を取り除いてごはんを さっくりと混ぜ合わせるとできあがりです。
