Product description
A unique architecture book that you can enjoy twice: learning about it and building it.
ZUPAGRAFiKA books is an independent publishing house from Poland that publishes books focusing on architecture and photography.

This is a unique book that includes photo pages focusing on Brutalist architecture as well as a set of paper models of the buildings.

Brutalist architecture is an architectural style that became popular around the world in the 1950s after World War II. It uses exposed concrete, glass, and other materials in their natural state, and as the word "brutal" suggests, it refers to architecture that is rough and devoid of decoration.

This book features examples from across the British Isles, focusing on some of the most interesting post-war buildings, from the iconic stone slabs of Sheffield's Park Hill and London's Trellick Tower to the demolished Birmingham Central Library.

At the end of the book there are nine models that can be extruded and assembled.

This book allows you to experience architectural styles from both the perspectives of "seeing" and "making."
