Designed by Bingata Kobo Benikichi. These hand towels are dyed one by one by artisans using a traditional method called "Chū-sen dyeing." A distinctive feature of "Chū-sen dyeing" is that the fabric has no front or back, so you can enjoy it from either side.

The patterns are the ``Tropical Sea Pattern,'' which depicts the lively tropical ocean, and the ``Tropical Flower Pattern,'' which is a collection of flowers that can be found in tropical Okinawa, such as moon peach, gokurakuchoka, and bougainvillea, and the flowers are accented with a staghorn butterfly. .
It would also be nice to line up two pieces and use them as a noren curtain.

■Notes
*Washing will soften the fabric and cause the edges to fray, but the fraying will stop naturally after about 5mm.
*Some color bleeding or fading will be due to the hand-dyed texture. Please note.
*Because it is hand-dyed, the color may fade.
*Please avoid using bleach or dryer.
*If you leave it wet, the color may transfer to other items.
