Ceramic "Lihitie Plant Pot" designed by Aino Aalto for the Aalto House on Riichtiegasse in Helsinki.
The organic form that harmonizes with nature embodies the Aaltos' beliefs.
This plant pot, which attracted attention at the 1937 Paris World's Fair, has been revived in modern times after 80 years.
They are still carefully made by hand using ceramic materials inspired by the tiles of Aalto's buildings.
