Product description
A complete reprint of the elusive first collection of works
A complete reprint of the long-awaited "first collection of works" published in 1968!
Includes a preface by Yukio Mishima and an English commentary on the works featured.

This book is a condensation of the talents of the young TADANORI YOKOO, including representative works from the Japan Design Center era, such as Hachiro Kasuga's Kyoto Labor Tone poster, masterpiece posters such as "TADANORI YOKOO" and "Waist Roll Osen" using the rising sun pattern, and the Pink Girl series. In addition, precious portraits and family photos are also posted. Edited by Kiyoshi Awazu.

-Preface by Yukio Mishima-
"Such disrespectful art! Such a lack of etiquette! But beneath the overwhelming darkness wrapped up in all these bright colors lies a certain solemnity." "What saves Yokoo's work from being the art of a madman is his interest in the outside world."
It also includes TADANORI YOKOO of Terayama Shuji, Wada Makoto, Tanaka Ikko, Takahashi Mutsuo, and Yokoo Tadanori.
Specifications: A4/paperback (Gandare binding)/132 pages
ISBN: 978-4-86791-010-8
