The second collaborative collection between Speedo, a swimwear brand born in Australia in 1928, and BEAMS will be released on Saturday, June 27th.
The simple and authentic collection, which consists of swim shorts, T-shirts, caps, and hats that can be worn around town, not only corresponds to a variety of styles, but also has functionality backed by Speedo 's technical capabilities. It can be used in a variety of situations such as the pool, the sea, and outdoors.
Like last year's collection, the old Speedo logo, which was commonly used on all items, is limted design for this collaboration. This time, we used the two countries that form the roots of BEAMS, America and Japan, as design references and simply incorporated them into the classic college logo and national flag design. This is the first time in history that the katakana word ``speed'' is written on the chest of a T-shirt.
The look suggests the appeal of this collaboration item, which is functional and playful and exists alongside a casual and intellectual lifestyle.
