About sales method
Entry date and time: April 1st (Sat) 10:00-10:59
Venue: BEAMS Harajuku
[Regarding lottery entry]
Only customers who arrive by the above time will be accepted for lottery entry. *Entry for women's sizes will also be held at "BEAMS Harajuku".
*Depending on the situation on the day, the entry start time may be moved earlier.
・Customers who arrive after 11:00 will be refused entry.
・When entering the lottery, you will be required to present an ID with a photo.
・Please prepare one of the following identification documents.
[Driver's license/Passport/My number card (Basic resident register card is also acceptable)/Student ID]
*Copies, photos, and expired IDs will be invalid.
[How to contact lottery results]
・Only the winners will be contacted by phone between 14:00 and 18:00 on Saturday, April 1st.
・We cannot accept inquiries regarding stock numbers, lottery methods, or lottery results.
・If we cannot connect you by phone by the purchase period, we will decline the sale.
[When purchasing]
・Only the winner can purchase the ticket by 20:00 on Saturday, April 8th after being notified of the winner.
・Please bring your ID with you when purchasing.
・Winnings will be invalidated for any reason after 20:00 on Saturday, April 8th.
・Only the winning items can be purchased. You cannot change the size and purchase it.
・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. Please note that we only accept returns.
【Notes】
・Entries are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refrain from activities that may cause a nuisance to the neighborhood, such as standing in line late at night.
・Each person can only enter one pair of their desired size. (Entries of different sizes are not allowed)
・If multiple entries are made using the same name, etc., the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.
・If there is any incompleteness in the information entered on the entry sheet, the entry may be invalidated.
・Diversion of BEAMS CLUB cards is prohibited.
・We are not responsible for any troubles between customers regarding sales.
・If you do not follow the staff's instructions on the day, you may be refused lottery entry or sales.
