Past and future initiatives through shopping bags
Thank you for your continued use of Pilgrim Surf+Supply.
In order to reduce the use of disposable paper materials, since July 2020, our brand has been offering shopping bags for a fee, with the proceeds from the sale being donated to organizations engaged in environmental conservation and social contribution activities.
We are pleased to announce that we will donate the proceeds from sales of shopping bags from September 1, 2023 to February 28, 2025 to the following three organizations.
Promoting sustainable forestation
432,003 yen to the Nonprofit Organization Self-Harvesting Forestry Promotion Association
Providing disaster relief for the Noto Peninsula earthquake
432,002 yen to disaster NGO Yui
Raising awareness of marine environmental protection
432,002 yen to the NPO Clean Ocean Ensemble
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your understanding and cooperation.
Currently (2025), we are still selling shopping bags for a fee, and the proceeds will be used for donations in the same way.
Taking this initiative a step further, we have decided to stop offering shopping bags once our inventory runs out, which will be around February 2026.
From now on, please bring your own bag when shopping.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make this choice to conserve limited resources.
