This MA-1 style flight jacket is made from water-repellent heavy nylon twill. The crazy pattern, which combines materials of different tones, adds a playful urban flair that is characteristic of BEAMS to the ruggedness of military style. While a classic item, it has a distinctive presence that stands out at first sight.

■Details
Based on the vintage "MA-1 D type," the details are faithfully reproduced. However, by making the sleeves larger overall and lengthening the sleeve length, it has been updated to a modern silhouette that allows the fabric to gather naturally. The curved sleeves designed to fit the arm and the thick stitching create three-dimensional puckering, and the finish is uncompromising down to the smallest detail. Another attractive feature is that by eliminating the padding, it can be worn for a long time regardless of the season.
