SMITH, a world-leading performance eyewear brand, has collaborated with BEAMS on Special order for each milestone in the past. Now, Special order model commemorating BEAMS' 50th anniversary has been released. The "Sliders," an archive model from SMITH that appeared in the late 1990s, has been updated with modern materials and functions. It has been revived as a commemorative model wearing the special color "BEAMS AB3." While inheriting the iconic design of the time, it has been reconstructed into a special piece that fuses the latest technology.

■Details
The color scheme features a color combination that symbolizes the identity of BEAMS. Based on a sharp black frame, vibrant clear orange is applied to the inner and under-rim. While maintaining a smart and urban impression, the orange that peeks out at unexpected moments creates a presence reminiscent of tech gear. The main lenses are special edition ChromaPop photochromic lenses not available in regular, providing clear and vivid vision according to changes in scene and weather. Furthermore, two lenses have been carefully selected by BEAMS from SMITH's representative ChromaPop lens series, taking into consideration compatibility with the frame color and ease of use in different weather and scenes. The result is a special lens assortment unique to Special order order.
