A glassware series made from upcycled floats collected from the fishing industry that are no longer in use.
Hokuyo Glass, which has been responsible for the manufacture of floats, has taken these floats, which would otherwise be difficult to dispose of, and given them a new life. They have been reborn as the "DOUBLE F" series. The deep blue-green color and air bubbles are the simple expression of floats that once floated on the sea. These wind chimes are attractive for their tasteful texture, evoking memories of the sea of Aomori.

The floating balls that blow up were praised for their reliable quality, and in 1973 they became the top producer in Japan. This is a workshop that creates handmade glass that evokes the image of Aomori's nature, using techniques such as ``air blowing'' cultivated over many years of manufacturing floating beads.
