This limited-edition whisky is produced by KANOSUKE Distillery, a distillery that continues to take on challenges in Hioki, Kagoshima. BEAMS JAPAN selected an entire cask from among the raw spirits they tasted and purchased it. The label features an original design inspired by the scenery and atmosphere of Hioki, Kagoshima.
We have crafted this whisky to convey the charm of the region not only through its taste but also through its appearance. Please enjoy this special bottle, which combines the aroma and taste woven from the local climate and distillery's techniques with BEAMS JAPAN 's passion for craftsmanship.

[Tasting Notes]
Color: Tortoiseshell
nose: The tartness of ripe berries, wild peach, plum jam, banana chips, lemon tea
Palate: Fruit bavarois, bitter fruit, smoked cypress
Finish: A lingering aftertaste of grapefruit and Delaware grape peel bitterness, and a gentle sea breeze.
