This authentic V-neck knit is made by WILLIAM LOCKIE, a long-established Scottish manufacturer. It features the beautiful knitting and vibrant colors that only a specialized knitwear manufacturer can offer.

■Details
The V-neck is deeper than usual, giving it a classic look. The shoulders have been changed to saddle shoulders, and the sleeve ribbing is longer, so it can be worn turned up. The tag also has "from WILLIAM LOCKIE" under "BEAMS PLUS", making it a special piece.

■Size
The pattern has a slightly looser width, giving it a relaxed feel without being too loose. The ribbing has a slightly stronger tension, creating a classic fullness at the waist.

■ Material
This 15 gauge knit is made from lambswool on a rare old fully fashioned machine (gauge set in 1.5 inch increments). By not applying tension during knitting, the loops of the stitches stand up, resulting in a fluffy finish.

* "G" "Gauge" is a unit that represents the density of needles in knitting machines (machines that knit fabric).
This represents the number of knitting needles per inch (approximately 2.54 cm).
For a 7 gauge knit, there are 7 needles spaced 1 inch apart.
Generally speaking, if the gauge number is low, the yarn will be thicker and the product itself will be warm and have a firm weight, while if the gauge number is high, the yarn will be thinner and the fabric will be light and supple.
