This wrap skirt is made from 40/1 plain weave linen, which allows you to enjoy the unique texture of linen, and features Kurume Kasuri patterning at the waist.
The front features a geometric pattern called "Nami," which is created through a tedious indigo dyeing process.
The waist string is made of plain indigo dyed kasuri, creating a striking contrast with the deep indigo.
The linen used for the body is hand-dyed and sun-dried, giving it a natural look that makes the most of the rich wrinkles and uneven color that are unique to natural materials.
This is a beautifully draped piece that exudes the warmth of handwork.
