■6-year warranty
We will repair or replace the backpack free of charge within the warranty period only if the damage caused by normal use makes it difficult to use the backpack itself. We will decide whether to repair or replace the backpack according to our standards. Please note that in the case of an exchange, the replacement product may differ in specifications and design from the one you purchased.
