・Lottery reception date and time: December 12, 2021 (Sunday) 20:00 to December 14, 2021 (Tuesday) 23:59
*There will be no reply to the alert email indicating that the entry has been completed. We are unable to answer inquiries regarding whether or not your entry has been completed. please note that.

・Up to 1 entry per person. (Different sizes are not allowed)

・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.

・You cannot check your lottery history entries on My Page.

・Only winners will receive an email with details such as the winning number and sales method by 20:00 on Saturday, December 18, 2021.

・If you have set up spam mail when we send you the winning email, there may have been a sending error, so please cancel the domain designation below. info@beams.co.jp

・For purchasing methods, please choose either "BEAMS Harajuku" store pickup or BEAMS WEB payment.

・If you choose BEAMS WEB payment, please enter the delivery address, BEAMS CLUB, and Rakuten point card number in the address field. (If you do not have it, there is no need to enter it. Points will not be added later.)
Rakuten Point Cards are not eligible if you are only an app member.
Shipping is free for orders over ¥20,000 (tax included), and shipping is ¥660 (tax included) for orders below ¥20,000.
For BEAMS WEB payment, please check the details before making your selection.

・Customers who purchased through BEAMS WEB payment will receive a payment URL after confirming their winning email, so please complete the purchase procedure. Once the payment deadline has passed, the URL will become invalid. If the customer's payment cannot be confirmed, the product will be automatically canceled. If you encounter a payment error, please contact ​BEAMS Harajuku (03-3470-3947). (We will ship the item as soon as we confirm that the payment has been completed. Since it is a lottery item, we cannot specify the delivery date and time. It may take about a week.)

・Customers who visit "BEAMS HARAJUKU" to make a purchase must purchase the product at "BEAMS HARAJUKU" during the period from Sunday, December 19, 2021 to Saturday, December 25, 2021 (11:00-20:00). Only the winner can purchase.
Winners will be invalidated for any reason after business hours on Saturday, December 25, 2021.

For those who do not have four types of ID with a photo, you can also present a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card with a photo.

・Only the winning items can be purchased. You cannot change the size and purchase it.

・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. Please note that we will only accept refunds. There are no plans for additional stock.

・We will refuse the sale if we see anyone giving or receiving money or goods, whether inside or outside the store.
