The 38th installment of the project "Fukushima Mono Map" currently being held at BEAMS JAPAN is titled "Fukushima no Senbei" and will be selling rice crackers that are popular in Fukushima Prefecture.

When we think of senbei, we think of rice crackers made with ``non-glutinous rice,'' but the lineup we're introducing today is grilled senbei with ``wheat flour'' as the main ingredient. We have ``Onahama Tako Senbei'' and ``Hawaiian Curry Senbei'' from Hamadori, ``Taiyodo Mugi Senbei'' and ``Maki Senbei'' from Nakadori, and ``Aizu Musha Senbei'' from Aizu.
