B JIRUSHI MARKET holding a camping event called "TSUNAGARU CAMP" by Kikuchi, the owner of KOJIN-SHŌTEN run by a BEAMS staff member, at Murayama Jumbo Campground in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture on Saturday, July 27th and Sunday, July 28th, 2024.
Kikuchi, KOJIN-SHŌTEN owner and one of the biggest campers among BEAMS staff, is hosting his first camping event, which is based on the concept of "connecting people" and offers content that everyone from beginners to camping experts can enjoy. (Some content is subject to a fee. See below for details.)

He is Beams' greatest camper, having been BEAMS for 12 years.
The most important thing about camping is to "have fun to the fullest." Sometimes we are blessed with good weather and can spend the time comfortably, but sometimes we encounter harsh conditions such as rain and wind. We aim to enjoy nature in a way that is unique to the many different aspects it shows.

Shuhei Nagano (Workshop instructor)
Official ambassador for Sweden's Mora Knife. Nature craft artist and outdoor cook. Born in a wild vegetable restaurant in Tomakomai, Hokkaido. Specializing in making household items using natural and old materials, and wild vegetable and bonfire cooking, he is active in magazine and web serialization, workshop teaching, etc. He lives in a rural mountain area in his semi-self-built home and atelier "Minimushi House" on the banks of the Doshi River in Kanagawa, while also running the atelier "NATURE WORKS" where he conveys the joy of making things and nature.

[About BEAMS Points]

・Participation fee: Points cannot be used or awarded.

[About events and campsites]

・Entry (reception) to the campsite begins at 10:00.
・The last admission time is 17:00.
・After 10pm there will be a quiet time.
・It is not possible to stay overnight at the campsite the day before the event.
There is no electricity at the campsite.
- It is not possible to reserve a desired site or plot in advance.
・Please refrain from lining up near the entrance before the venue opens.
・You cannot throw away trash at the campsite. Please take it all home with you.
There is an ash disposal area.
・We do not offer rental of any camping equipment.
・Pets are allowed. However, please be sure to follow proper etiquette, such as keeping them on a leash, not letting them bark, and cleaning the litter box (cleaning up after themselves). There is also a dog run at the campsite. Some of our participants do not like pets, so please be considerate of the people at the other sites.
・Firewood is available for sale at the campsite. Please note that there is a limited supply.
・There is a bath at the campsite. The bath fee is 500 yen per person (including preschool children). Bathing hours are from 15:00 to 18:00. Please bring your own bathing set including soap and shampoo.
*Bath fees can only be paid in cash.
