MANGART BEAMS, a project that handles a wide range of manufacturing and branding related to pop culture and entertainment, will produce items in collaboration with the TV anime "Dandadan" to be sold at Animate on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
The theme of this collection is to transform the unique worldview of "Dandadan" into fashion items, and the lineup includes nine items, including T-shirts, embroidered stadium jackets, and gold ball eco bags.
Not only do we bring out the charm of the characters in the story, but we also pursue designs that blend into everyday life while still exuding a strong individuality, using the parody feel scattered throughout the story and the lovable aliens and monsters as main motifs.
These items will be sold at "Space A la mode," the apparel section of Animate Ikebukuro Main Store on the 4th floor, Akihabara Building 1 on the 3rd floor, Shibuya and Umeda stores, as well as at some other Animate stores and through the Animate online store. Some items will also be sold for a limited time at BEAMS Omiya, BEAMS Kyoto, and BEAMS Fukuoka.

What is the TV anime "Dandadan"?
The anime is based on the occult, bizarre battle and coming-of-age story by Tatsuyuki Shin, which is currently being serialized in the manga magazine app "Shonen Jump +" (Shueisha) and has sold over 10 million copies as of April 2025.
The second season of the anime will begin airing nationwide on July 3rd on the "Super Animeism TURBO" time slot on 28 MBS/TBS affiliated stations every Thursday from 12:26am.

Synopsis
Momo (Ayase Momo) is a high school girl born into a family of spiritual mediums, and her classmate Okarun (Takakura Ken) is an occult enthusiast.
The two started talking after Momo saved Okarun from a bully in their class, but an argument ensued between Momo, who believes in ghosts but denies the existence of aliens, and Okarun, who believes in aliens but denies the existence of ghosts.
In order to convince the two people who deny each other the existence of aliens and ghosts, Momo goes to an abandoned hospital that is a UFO spot, and Okarun goes to a haunted tunnel. There, the two encounter an overwhelming mystery that defies comprehension.
Momo awakens her hidden powers in a desperate situation, and Okarun, who has acquired the power of a curse, takes on the approaching mystery!
A fateful love may begin!
