SSZ launches lightweight, high-performance wool items specially Special order from WOOLLABO, a company challenging wool innovation

Japanese wool innovation lab WOOLLABO and SSZ, a brand created by surf and skate buyer Tadayuki Kato, are pleased to announce the release of their first Special order SSZ.

The collection consists of four ultra-lightweight garments made from a blend of high-performance wool and polyester, and is available in navy, the signature color of SSZ. To commemorate the release, a pre-sale and launch party will be held at BEAMS Harajuku Limited Store from 7:00 PM on Friday, August 8th.
WOOLLABO is a brand specializing in high-performance wool clothing, founded in 2010 in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, one of Japan's leading Bishu wool producing regions. This collection uses an ultra-lightweight jersey material (130g/m²) that combines 18.5 micron ultra-fine merino wool with durable polyester with a special spiral structure. It provides an amazingly light and dry feel even in the middle of summer. The navy, the image color of SSZ, gives it a refined and calm atmosphere.
