The "STAFF OF THE YEAR 2026 supported by Smaregi" customer service contest, which showcases both online and in-person customer service skills and aims to discover the "charismatic store clerk of the Reiwa era" who will lead the next generation, will be held again this year.
This contest, which is expected to produce the next generation of star staff, will feature six of the best staff members from BEAMS.
On the special website, our unique staff, who are characteristic of BEAMS, will deliver styling and videos that will make you happy.

Hi, I'm SUDO from BEAMS HEART! This is my 13th year as a sales associate, and I'm back on this stage again this year. I was the runner-up for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024. I deliberately chose not to participate in 2025. However, that year was the one in my sales associate career when I thought about and confronted "customer service" the most. 2026 will be a special milestone: BEAMS 50th anniversary. Hello! My name is BAKU from BEAMS. My trademarks are a hat, a beard, and glasses. My fashion style is mainly American casual, and as someone from Osaka, I like to incorporate colors and patterns! What I value most in both in-person and digital customer service is conveying to customers the background story behind how the clothes are made and the thoughts of the creators, so that they can feel a deeper attachment to the garments, rather than just seeing them as "objects"!
