"Nanatsubaki" is a Goto hand-stretched udon noodle made with 100% domestic ingredients.

The manufacturing method is also carefully considered, and the product is long, measuring 250mm, and is thin but has a chewy, smooth texture.

We use carefully selected domestic wheat flour, natural salt and camellia oil from Goto, and put our heart and soul into making each and every noodle.

This product is made with a focus on traditional hand-stretching techniques and aging.
