Regarding lottery entry

・Lottery entry reception period: June 23, 2023 (Friday) 11:00 to June 23, 2023 (Friday) 23:59.
・If you would like to enter the lottery, please check the following information and apply from "Lottery Entry".
・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter the lottery. If you would like to participate in the lottery, please register in advance.
・Up to 1 entry per person. (Different sizes are not allowed)
If you wish to change your entry details, please cancel from My Page [Lottery History] (online purchase) and enter again. Changes can only be made during the lottery acceptance period.
-Entry details cannot be changed after the lottery acceptance period has passed. Please check the contents carefully before applying.
・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.

Regarding lottery entry results

・After 18:00 on Monday, June 26, 2023, only the winners will be contacted via the registered email address.
*If you have set up to receive spam emails, the reception address will differ depending on the lottery destination, so please use either EC lottery: "mail@club.beams.co.jp" or store lottery: "info@beams.co.jp" Please set your settings so that you can receive emails.
You can also check from My Page [Lottery History] (online purchase) after the "Winner Announcement Date and Time".

・Winners must order and purchase the winning product within the purchase deadline via the winning result email or the online shop's My Page [Lottery History] (online purchase).
*Purchase can only be made once, and the URL of the winning result email will become invalid after the purchase procedure is completed.
*If the purchase deadline has passed, you will not be able to purchase the winning product for any reason.
*If you cancel your purchase after winning, you will not be able to repurchase it even if it is within the purchase deadline.

・We cannot ship overseas.

・If the winning product is returned to you for any reason (incorrect delivery address, expiry of the storage period at the delivery company due to your absence, etc.), the product will be canceled for any reason.

・After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. Please note that we will only accept refunds. There are no plans for additional stock.

・We cannot answer inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.

・We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the winning results. Please check the online shop's My Page [Lottery history] (online purchase).
