As Vol. 6 of "I AM BEAMS," a personal book series that brings together the charms of BEAMS staff members who are deeply committed to fashion and lifestyle, we are pleased to announce the release of "MOM & KIDS DIALOGUE" by Mami Minamimura, director of < Kodomo BEAMS >, < B:MING by BEAMS (B:MING by BEAMS) Kids' Director, in the form of a book titled "Tips for enjoying life with your children! Tips for Enjoying Life with Children! by Asami Minamimura, Kids Director, will go on sale at BEAMS stores and BEAMS ONLINE SHOP from April 13 (Sat.). An event "Lovely Family Day" will be held at Kodomo BEAMS (Daikanyama) on April 13 (Sat), the same day as the book's release at BEAMS.
In addition to the advance sale of the book, the event will feature a workshop called "Let's Make a Carp Streamer!" with artist BABA CHISA, as well as a collaborative project with family life magazine "HugMug" called "HugMug x Kodomo BEAMS Family Snap Photo Session." Please come along to this special event, which contains Minamimura's message that "I want you to spend a lovely day like an anniversary enjoying fashion with your family."
In addition, customers who purchase the book at select BEAMS stores will receive a free "assembly toolbox" on a first-come, first-served basis.

From a sustainability perspective, the workshop will use scraps from the production of BEAMS children's clothing as materials. Graduated from Kyoto University of Art and Design in 2012.
Since 2020, she has been creating embroidered objects and installations using plant-dyed fabric and thread. She also creates illustrated artwork and holds workshops for kids.

"Picture Book Exchange" now permanently available!
The "Picture Book Exchange Club", which has been held for a limited time and has been well received, allows you to exchange picture books that you no longer read at home for other picture books. Starting Saturday, April 13th, it will be permanently set up at Kodomo BEAMS (Daikanyama) as the "Picture Book Exchange Centre".

・In accordance with the Secondhand Goods Dealings Act, you will be required to fill out your personal information and present identification. This is not required if you are only making a donation.
・The maximum number of books you can bring in is 3. Please note that we cannot return books you provide.
The following picture books cannot be exchanged:
