I introduce my favorite things, my hobbies and why I wanted to enter BEAMS. I thought I could use my skills such as calligraphy or photography in this job. Actually, I do take photos for instagram! Still thinking how I can use my calligraphy in the job tho… but I will definitely!!

I’ve learned calligraphy for 15 years. and sometimes trying to exhibit my works in competitions! This time, I wrote the poem written by Shuntaro Tanikawa. The images above are part of my work. The most important (difficult) part to make a work is choosing what I want to write. Have to choose words that I can write easily and cool lol. I think I tend to choose sentences related to nature unconsciously. Maybe I’m attracted to the shape of that kind of “kanji” Do you have any Kanji you like? You should write it down! My favorites are “雨” and “叫” atm.
