Ray BEAMS will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2024. As part of a project to celebrate the label's anniversary, we will be launching special items in collaboration with brands that have been essential to the realization of Ray BEAMS.
The ninth installment of the 40th anniversary project is Special order with Timberland, an American outdoor brand that was founded in 1973 and celebrated its 50th anniversary last year.
The special 8inch Puffer Boots are only available at Ray BEAMS and select Timberland stores. The brand's iconic yellow boots have been updated with a Ray BEAMS touch. They are modeled after the 8inch Boots, a long-selling model that has been on sale since the brand was founded.
The hang tag and insole are also branded with Ray BEAMS and Timberland. The laces come in a set of two, Timberland’s standard yellow and brown and a Special order edition pink and grey, for a special touch. The calf area is made of puffer material with padding to keep your feet warm and stylish even on cold days.
Of course, these high-spec boots also have the waterproof and heat-retaining properties that are unique to Timberland, making them safe to wear in any weather.
Yellow boots are a symbol of 90s street fashion.
In collaboration with Ray BEAMS, the item has evolved to be even easier to incorporate into your styling. Simply add it to your usual outfit to complete a trendy look.
In addition, advance sales will begin at BEAMS WOMEN Harajuku on Friday, August 16th.
A launch party to commemorate the release will be held on the same day, August 16th (Friday) from 7:00 PM.
The Timberland x Ray BEAMS launch party will be livened up by live performances and DJ sets from artist MFS, model Mei, who appears in the visuals, and DJ and beatmaker RUI, who serves as MFS' backing DJ.
